Tosin Tomori

Tosin Tomori, CSSNA VP of Service Operations Southern Area Tosin is currently the CSSNA Vice President of Service Operations, responsible for the Southern US and Caribbean area, where the bulk of his focus is on safely driving operational efficiency in Cummins service locations. He was previously the Sales Operations Director for North America, where he drove to improve the effectiveness of the Sales function by focusing on Customer Experience, Pricing and Sales processes and tools. Valuable experience leading numerous Sales teams was critical to his effectiveness in the CSSNA Sales Operations role, and the subsequent impact it had on the organization. He also led the Cummins Distributor in Nigeria, transitioning it from a joint venture to a wholly owned Cummins entity. During that time, he was part of a team that transformed the company culture, improved operational efficiency, significantly expanded the Cummins network and in the process, doubled Cummins market share in the region. In addition, Tosin has a wide range of plant operations experience from roles as a; Process Engineer that managed the full portfolio of HHP fuel systems for Cummins, a Chairman’s award winning Six Sigma Black Belt, an Operations Quality Leader responsible for enterprise wide TS 16949 certification for the Emission Solutions business unit and stepwise improvements in plant quality and product reliability globally, and a Plant Manager for a plant that held strategic importance to Cummins and a key customer. He is very passionate about giving back to his local community and has been instrumental in leading multiple Cummins organizations with non-existent EEEC programs to achieve participation rates of over 90%. He was very instrumental in the establishment of the TEC (Technical Education for Communities) program in Nigeria. He has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from Georgia Institute of Technology and is a graduate of the Cummins-Kelley MBA Program. In addition, he is a graduate of the Cummins Executive Education Program (EDP).
